At Cottonworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your natural fiber garments aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
